Abstract
The “knowledge haemorrhage” that became apparent in IMMPETUS as members leave warrants the effort towards achieving a working Knowledge Management System. The aim of the paper is to describe the steps taken towards the design and implementation of a suitable Knowledge Management System IMMPETUS (KMSI) that will capture, organize and help retrieve the result of various efforts of IMMPETUS members in an electronic format. KMSI now exists as a real product and it is serving the needs of IMMPETUS members.
