Abstract
Camera-vision methods for tracking and analyzing machine motion trajectories are discussed. Single- and multi-camera machine motion analysis methods are applied for the evaluation of excavating machine motion as well as position sensor calibration. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are discussed and compared.
