Abstract
The paper presents a concept of control system linearization for coal blending process with one controlled component flow. This linearization is obtained by introduction of a nonlinear static block. This block can linearize equivalent static characteristics of the whole plant. There has been carried out comparative analysis of dynamical properties of two systems with PID controllers - with and without this linearization block.
