Abstract
A framework is proposed for simulation of distributed control systems. The proposed framework is based on simulation of particular parts of the distributed control system as individual, autonomous components, whercas a simple TCP/IP networking has been applied for simulation of client/server vertical communication. A special attention is paid to develop more complex producer/consume horizontal communication. Proposed framework can be very attractive for research and education of distributed control systems.
