Abstract
⺠The SVD-based algorithm is designed for Preisach hysteresis identification. ⺠The SVD updating is employed to revise the least squares identification. ⺠The Preisach-based feedforward significantly enhances the tracking performance. ⺠Accurate motion tracking is achieved by the composite controller.
