Abstract
⺠We propose a genuine nonlinear control design approach for a boiler-turbine system. ⺠State feedback control can regulate the states in finite time. ⺠Output feedback control can stabilize the system without using state information. ⺠A nonlinear design approach is used for parameter estimation and adaptive control.
