Abstract
► We examine an adaptive robust tracking control scheme for a nanomechanical beam. ► The beam experiences parametric uncertainties and external disturbances. ► For the beam, both fringing field effects and intermolecular forces are considered. ► The controller is enhanced with adaptive dynamic surface techniques. ► Bifurcation analysis is carried on the beam's system model.
