Abstract
⺠We examine an adaptive robust tracking control scheme for a nanomechanical beam. ⺠The beam experiences parametric uncertainties and external disturbances. ⺠For the beam, both fringing field effects and intermolecular forces are considered. ⺠The controller is enhanced with adaptive dynamic surface techniques. ⺠Bifurcation analysis is carried on the beam's system model.
