Abstract
► Time delays and packet dropouts are simultaneously considered in a new control model. ► The packet-dropout compensation is considered in our controller design. ► A less conservative stability condition is derived. ► The proposed method can be solved directly by using Matlab LMI toolbox. ► Two simulation examples corroborate the validity of the proposed methodologies.
