Abstract
⺠Time delays and packet dropouts are simultaneously considered in a new control model. ⺠The packet-dropout compensation is considered in our controller design. ⺠A less conservative stability condition is derived. ⺠The proposed method can be solved directly by using Matlab LMI toolbox. ⺠Two simulation examples corroborate the validity of the proposed methodologies.
