Abstract
⺠We propose a new approach to the missile guidance problem. ⺠We show that the asymptotic convergence behavior is not ideal for all the states. ⺠We design a new guidance law based on the partial stability theorem. ⺠We show the ability of this law in the interception of maneuvering targets in finite time.
