Abstract
⺠We propose new robust stability criteria for uncertain systems with time-varying delays. ⺠Delay terms are concerned more exactly, less conservative results are presented. ⺠Restriction on the change rate of time-varying delays is relaxed in the proposed criteria. ⺠Proposed criteria are computationally attractive, and it provides less conservative results than the existing results.
