Abstract
⺠We introduce RBF neural network to approximate the output PDF of system. ⺠RBF neural network expansions represent the dynamics weighting systems. ⺠A adaptive observer-based fault detection and diagnosis algorithm are presented. ⺠Stability and Convergency analysis is performed. ⺠A more sensitive fault detection and diagnosis method can be given.
