Abstract
The problem of freeze injury on lining structure of operating tunnel in high-cold and high-altitude area has increasingly stand out. Therefore, the real-time temperature monitoring has become a crucial issue in the process of construction and operation of the tunnel lining and insulation layer. To solve the problems above, a new innovation system for temperature measurement with good accuracy is presented to avoid wrong detection in tunnel. The system was developed and implemented on platinum thermal resistance and a constant current source exciting circuit designed to convert temperature signal into electrical signal. The real-time temperature monitoring system and data acquiring are automated and controlled via embedded devices S3C6410 microprocessor. Measurements are obtained from voltage parameters and this data is then processed and analyzed on the upper computer software. By data analysis around accuracy and error, the accuracy of the proposed system is obtained and higher than ±0.05 °C obviously. Both the modeling and the experimental result show that the method can monitor and locate the freeze injury online at different locations on lining with good accuracy.
