Abstract
This figure shows the imaginary parts of the temperature fields at yâ¯=â¯b/2 and zâ¯=â¯h/2 obtained by the previous 1-D model [23] and the results obtained by the present 3-D model for the rectangular plates with h/aâ¯=â¯0.05. The effect of thermal boundary conditions at clamped edges on TED was considered in the present model. At clamped edge, the results of the present model are always zero.79
