Abstract
The plasticity characteristics and mechanisms of the hard metal material were studied for the components of WC, Co and WC-Co composite. The WC/Co semi-coherent interface contributes to coordinate stress concentration and facilitates the start-up of dislocations in Co, which is favorable to enhance the resistance against intergranular fracture of the WC-Co composite.302
