Abstract
Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) is currently one of the most effective methods for treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD). It is widely accepted due to its micro trauma and high efficiency. However, restenosis will occur in 3-5 years after surgery. The emergence of drug eluting stent has greatly delayed the restenosis cycle. Therefore, it is becoming a hot spot and direction of the research how to effectively carry the anticoagulant drug to the surface of the stent. This paper introduces and summarizes the latest processing technology of micro/nano structure and to enhance its drug-loading ability on the surface of stent, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different processing technology. In addition, combined with the latest achievements of our research group, the paper looks forward to the prospect of using laser micro/nano structure processing on the coronary stent surface of drug-loaded.
