Abstract
Solar cell absorber Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films have been prepared for two different pH (10 and 11) values by chemical bath deposition method. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern confirms the formation of polycrystalline tetragonal CZTS thin films. UV-vis spectrum shows higher absorption in the entire visible region. Photosensitivity observation suggests that the prepared CZTS thin films are suitable for Solar cell application.
