Abstract
A novel, fabrication process of nanostructured CuO/ZnO heterojunctional device was demonstrated using a simple hydrothermal process. The deposited ZnO and CuO were characterized using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, UV-vis spectroscopy and electrical measurement. Photovoltaic measurements on the fabricated heterojunction device revealed that power conversion efficiency â¼0.67% can be obtained through the proposed combination.
