Abstract
In this paper, we establish a model to analyze the light scattering properties of material surface considering the specific morphology information based on small element scattering hypothesis and analysis of receiving flux components. Aluminum micro-structure material is chosen as an example, its surface scattering characteristics are simulated and analyzed using this model. Results show that the scattering distribution on the surface of the material is mainly dependent on the information of the surface topography, when the size and distance of the surface of the material do not cause obvious diffraction effect, and the incident light energy is not enough to cause obvious Compton effect. The research of this paper can provide an effective method for the study of scattering characteristics of new materials and new surface structure, which is the theoretical foundation of the complex scattering analysis and the target detection based on the light scattering characteristics.
