Abstract
We find a new relationship between Collins diffraction integration and quantum tomogram. We conclude that the tomogram of quantum state |Ïã is just the module square of the Fresnel transform function of Ï(x), and this transform is just performed through the Collins formula, which opens up a new application area of Collins formula in calculating quantum tomogram of various quantum states.
