Abstract
A novel scheme of additive Solc filter (ASF) is proposed in a single aperiodically poled BaMgF4 biaxial crystal comprising of aperiodic domains having four different grating periods. This filter is designed to reject a narrow band of selected wavelength in Deep ultra-violet (DUV) region. The fibonacci sequence is followed in domains of aperiodic optical super lattice for poling design. Proposed filter finds its application in Swept Wavelength Optical Resonance Raman Diagnostic process utilizing tunable lasers, the condition for blocking multiple discrete wavelengths by one filter can be particularly useful.
