Abstract
Wet Chemical synthesis method was employed to prepare K2LaCl5:A (A = Ce3+, Eu3+, Eu2+, Dy3+, Cu+) phosphors. The prepared phosphors were studied for their photoluminescence (PL) properties. Judd-Ofelt parameters of K2LaCl5: Eu3+ phosphor were determined and discussed. The electron-vibrational interaction parameters of K2LaCl5: Eu2+ and K2LaCl5: Ce3+ phosphors were calculated by spectrum fitting method.
