Abstract
Analysis has been carried out and a mathematical model has been developed that describes thermal state of a substrate made of a thin polymer film during deposition of nanostructured coatings on its surface using vacuum ion-plasma method. Some recommendations are given on choosing optimum parameters of the technological process to stabilize temperature during deposition of loose plies of the coating. Technology of obtaining nanostructured resistive layers of coatings on thin polymer films based on experimental data and mathematical modelling results has been developed. This technology is used to maintain and control thermal conditions in onboard spacecraft systems.
