Abstract

The article deals with problems of the defectoscopy of the pipes apertures of the oil assortment. Authors developed design of the device for measurement of the depth of the surface defect of the controlled surface. Using of the specular reflected and diffusely reflected flows of light lays down the foundations of the principle of operation of the device. Light flow, illuminating controlled surface, was structured so that on the controlled surface the ring, coaxial to the aperture axis, was illuminated. Testing of the device on the surface of the apertures, fit to nipple of the pump-compressor pipes, shows the opportunity of the measurement of the depth of the surface defects of the apertures of the case-type parts. The device can be used for control of the apertures surfaces of the case-type parts.
