Research on Forecast Model of Spare Parts Consumption

Considering the different maintenance strategies of the equipment unit which may be taken in equipment examination and level repairs of the equipment, based on the factors such as the serviced life of the unit, the remaining life of the unit, the serviced time of the equipment, the annually used time of the equipment and so on, this paper establishes a general model for predicting the consumption of equipment spare parts based on unit life. The general model provides a theoretical basis for the equipment support department to formulate scientific and reasonable spare parts storage scheme..
