Abstract
In the paper a geometrical and computational models of a frame with a suspension of a Mars rover used for the construction of real object have been presented. On the basis of a proposed models the stress analyses and optimization of the weight and the reliability of the suspension system have been performed. The tests have been carried out for three different materials and few configurations of the system.
