The Impact of the Modernization of the Injection-ignition System on the Parameters of Motion of the Motorcycle

The vehicles moving on Polish roads are very often more than 10 years old and usually do not meet current eco-regulations. They are allowed into service, but the increasing pollution in urban areas leads to entry prohibition for these vehicles into the city center. The correct modernization of the vehicle can improve a reduction of emissions of harmful compounds with keeping the dynamics of motorcycle motion. The article presents the results of experiment which consists of dynamic acceleration and braking of the motorcycles with side trolleys on a clean and dry bituminous surface. The research consider the impact of the modernization of the injection-ignition control and its steering precision on the dynamics of driving the vehicle.
