Abstract
In the article, the author considers the subject of evaluating construction schedules. The evaluated schedules result from the use of schedule equalization model utilising a model including efficiency coefficients for subsequent working brigades whose task was to assist preceding brigades. As a result of using the model, a number of schedules is obtained. It is not manifest, however, that it is the use of the latter that would be the optimal choice. The optimal schedule is one where a reduction of working brigade downtime was achieved without prolonging the brigades' work time unduly.
