Abstract
Previously, the minimum criteria for material consumption projected and amplified rods were formulated under various constraints and types of cross-sections. In particular, the criteria of optimal design of bars with I-type cross-section and criteria of bar flange strengthening with stability constraints on the value of the first natural frequency were formulated. However, there may be various situations (caused by operating, technological reasons etc.), in which the bar flange strengthening can't be implemented, or it is insufficient. The distinctive paper is devoted to formulation of criteria for optimal strengthening of bar flange with I-type cross-section with stability constraints on the value of the first natural frequency.
