Abstract
Investigation by Monte Carlo method shows the formation of antiphase domains of the B2 superstructure in the course of structural phase transitions during stepwise cooling of the intermetallic compound NiAl of Ni-Al system. The growth of domains in the disorder-order phase transition is accompanied by the formation of the elements corresponding to partial dislocations in the plane < 100 > and antiphase boundaries.
