Abstract
We propose a new approach for high-accuracy quantitative detection of biomolecules based on a metal-enhanced dual-wavelength fluorescence imaging using a smartphone camera for practical applications. Bioassay tests with spiked samples of wastewater confirmed a high accuracy of the imaging-based fluorescent biosensor integrated with a smartphone, which is comparable to that of ELISA.170
