Abstract
- The results of our research in the field of neonatal MR and CT brain atlases have been represented in the paper.
- Two consistent MR and CT atlases have been constructed using T1-weighted MR and CT brain scans captured from newborns with 39-42 weeks GA.
- The atlases have been evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively, for instance through the assessment of the anatomical local deviations.
- Our results could contribute to the improvement of the diagnosis of neonatal brain diseases.
