Abstract
â¢D-cycloserine combined with multiple cognitive behavioral therapy sessions effectively stabilize the obsessive-compulsive disorder condition.â¢The onset times between DCS and CBT were inconsistent.â¢DCS might have been effective in the initial stages, whereas CBT dominated in the middle and late stages.â¢Dose timing, human equivalent dose and CBT sessions should be strictly controlled during the DCS treatment.â¢The number of CBT sessions was negatively correlated with Y-BOCS scores at follow-up with DCS.
