Abstract
⺠Luxembourg is a small open economy with some particular features. ⺠We focus on limited competition, strong union power, and segmented labor markets. ⺠We develop a medium-scale DSGE model that captures these features and calibrate it. ⺠The calibrated model is used to conduct some policy experiments.
