Abstract
► Results presented expand the scope of applying qualitative analysis to actual models. ► It is shown that reduced form sign patterns can always falsify a structural model. ► A Monte Carlo algorithm is presented that enables the conduct of the analysis. ► Necessary conditions are provided to assist in falsifying the structural model.
