Stochastic asymmetric Blotto games: Some new results

Blotto games with asymmetric values using a lottery success function.•We characterize equilibrium for total expected payoff and majority rule objectives.•The game with a majority rule objective is a version of the U.S. Electoral College.•Allocations under majority rule generally differ from the Banzhaf power index.

We develop some new theoretical results for stochastic asymmetric Blotto games.
