Abstract
⺠This paper examines the impact of immigration on crime. ⺠It reconciles the inconsistency between empirical evidence.⺠Our model endogenizes skill upgrading and criminal choices. ⺠We show that immigration has positive and negative impacts on crime. ⺠We also discuss the impact in both the short run and the long run.
