Abstract
⺠I analyze the causal impact of studying abroad on international labor mobility. ⺠I use data on recent Italian graduates. ⺠Studying abroad raises the probability of working abroad by 18-24 percentage points. ⺠International educational mobility affects labor market outcomes of graduates.
