Abstract
⺠A search and matching model with right-to-manage bargaining is studied. ⺠Wages and hours per worker are determined as if in a competitive labor market. ⺠An inefficiency gap diminishes workers' effective bargaining power relative to firms. ⺠The standard Hosios condition does not necessarily hold.
