Abstract
⺠Individual changes in expectations are identified from the Michigan Survey. ⺠Individuals fine-tune their short-run expectations quite regularly. ⺠The general assessment regarding inflation is adjusted less often. ⺠We provide evidence for time-varying updating behavior.
