Abstract
⺠The conditions under which a government would initiate a fiscal incentive scheme to incentivize the use of an eco-label are determined. ⺠The fiscal incentive scheme is explored both when the eco-label is provided by an NGO and when it is provided by the government. ⺠The result reveals a scope for fiscal incentive provision to highly polluting industries.
