Abstract
► The model studies the impact of intangibles on innovation-driven growth of SMEs. ► The link between human and structural capital is the key to explaining that growth. ► The system of innovation does not play a determinant role in that growth. ► However, the SI is the only significant external link which helps such SMEs to grow. ► The question is how to increase the impact of the SI on innovation-driven growth.
