Abstract
⺠We study convergence in CO2emission intensity and its determinants. ⺠The Phillips and Sul (2007) approach is used to test for convergence clubs. ⺠We find greater convergence within clubs in the energy intensity ratio. ⺠More regulation is required to foster convergence in the carbonisation index.
