Abstract
⺠India's economy has only one structural break, at 1988, in the period of 1951-2007. ⺠There is Granger causality from structural change to growth in 1988-2007 for India. ⺠There is no evidence for same linkage before 1988. ⺠Our results are consistent with the work of Panagariya (2008).
