Abstract
This paper examines the presence of deterministic trend and/or absence of a unit root in the log of post-WW II US real GDP. Evidence favoring non-linear deterministic trend and trend stationarity (unit-root absence) is found, contradicting recent unit-root and trend uncertainty findings.
