Priorities in the location of multiple public facilities

► We consider the problem of locating efficiently multiple pure public facilities. ► We characterize rules satisfying object-population monotonicity and sovereignty. ► Each rule is a priority rule among “interest groups”. ► We characterize subclasses of priority rules based on other compelling properties.
