Abstract
⺠The paper incorporates asymmetric cost matrices into the MCST literature. ⺠It shows that the cost allocation problem changes significantly in this case. ⺠It defines a new allocation rule satisfying several attractive properties. ⺠It provides a partial characterization of the rule.
