Abstract
⺠We introduce a new solution concept called iterated regret minimization (IRM). ⺠In many games, IRM exhibits the same qualitative behavior as observed in experiments. ⺠IRM involves the iterated deletion of strategies that do not minimize regret. ⺠An epistemic characterization of IRM is provided.
