Abstract
⺠I show that guessing the expected target values is not optimal even for n>2. ⺠I derive the level-k choice structure and fit its parameters to existing data. ⺠The goodness-of-fit of level-k is compared to those of high-level concepts. ⺠Quantal response equilibrium and noisy introspection are shown to fit better.
