► Knowledge of agents is tight if any increase in knowledge increases common knowledge. ► The agentsʼ posterior beliefs are consistent if they have a common prior. ► When knowledge is tight, the set of consistent posteriors is topologically large. ► When knowledge is not tight, the set of consistent posteriors is topologically small.
