Abstract
⺠We explore perceived associations between Internet use and internal migration. ⺠Many recent movers believe that the Internet supported their migration decision. ⺠Also, their choice of destination was affected to some degree. ⺠Internet-based practices that involve plans to migrate in the future are common. ⺠The Internet is believed to reinforce intentions to move and affect migration motives.
